Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to any product shipping. Payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
Shipping
Your purchase will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that the address you type in is correct and up-to-date before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order ships, as well as tracking information.
Shipping times may vary, but are approximately 2-5 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail to the United States, and 6-10 days for International USPS Priority Mail (pending customs). For international orders shipped via First Class Mail, shipping times can take up to 3-4 weeks.
If you order an item marked “Preorder,” your entire order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship (to avoid multiple shipping charges).

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with purchasing and shipping to their respective countries.
Shipping Times
In order to offer affordable international shipping prices, most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please allow these orders to take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Be sure to reference the individual products for current shipping lead times. However, most products ship within 24 hours (Sunday-Friday) and 48 hours (Saturday).
Estimated Shipping Dates
All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product or the wrong item was shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of your items. Items will be exchanged or a replacement will be sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or the wrong item shipped.
If you are unsatisfied with your order at any time, please contact me to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. I strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to me!
Refunds & Returns
All custom designs created by Letter Lane Design Studio are owned by Letter Lane Design Studio / Brittany Russell. This includes watercolor artwork, custom orders, stationery artwork, motifs, patterns, illustrations, design elements, house/pet/people portraits and calligraphy.
Letter Lane Design Studio owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Letter Lane Design Studio / Brittany Russell and may be used in the reasonable course of Letter Lane Design Studio’s / Brittany Russell’s business. Letter Lane Design Studio / Brittany Russell has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
